Ex M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko (44-12-3) takes on Kiamrian Abbasov (18-3) at M-1 Challenge 86 Battle of Narts.
Kiamrian Abbasov is 24 years old and now he is on incredible 10 wins streak! What is even more fascinating is the fact, that he fought and won 10 times in less than 1.5 years! Being a champion in two promotions, Abbasov decided to fight in his M-1 Global debut not against some gatekeeper, but against the toughest and experienced opponent, ex-champion Alexander Butenko!
Alexander Butenko moved up in weight class from lightweight to welterweight a couple of fights ago and now he is climbing up the rating. In welterweight Butenko won two fights and one fight ended with a draw. Having no problems with the weight cut Alexander can now concentrate only on fighting, train more efficient and be more successful!
Two real champions will meet in the Rage in Ingushetia on November 24th. Victory in this fight can be a big step for the winner towards the title!
